TURKEY SOUP
The ingredients are all supermarket friendly and create a great take on a simple Turkey Soup. One of the shortcuts is to use ground turkey meat, which cooks up quickly and is tender to eat.
Some of my favorites such as Shiitake mushrooms and zucchini bring great flavor and texture. Perfect match.
SOUP EXTRAS
Sautéed onions, celery and fresh tarragon are added to the soup and topped with a sprinkle of grated Romano cheese. The soup comes together quickly is about 20 minutes. Great to have on hand in the freezer for nights you don’t want to cook.
